With regard to the MART statement, A1 reports that all the company’s tariffs have appropriate calculations and are approved by MART. The findings of the regulatory body related exclusively to issues of technical design, which did not affect the tariff formation process or the tariff value, and the non-compliances were eliminated during the inspection already. The inspection also revealed that the company's actions did not cause damage to the company's clients or the state.
