As of June 1, 2010 International roaming service has become available to PRIVET subscribers in the network of BCTI, Turkmenistan.

PRIVET subscribers can activate international roaming on their own by means of theUSSDrequest *126*1*4 # and a call key, as well as Customer Care Internet Service on the web pagehttps://internet.velcom.by.

As of todayInternational Internet roamingservice has also been rendered to velcom subscribers in the network of Globe Telecom, Philippines.

International Internet roaming service does not require activation; it is rendered to subscribers automatically provided International roaming or SMS roaming services are activated, as well asMobile Internetand / orMMS. IfInternational roamingorSMS roamingservices are activated, as well as MMS sending and receiving of MMS messages are available to subscribers only.
Moreover, as of June 1 velcom subscribers can make use of Video call in roaming service in the networks of the following operators:

• VimpelCom Joint-Stock Company, Russia
• VIPnet d.o.o., Croatia
• Vip mobile d.o.o, Serbia
• Mobiltel EAD, Bulgaria
• SI.MOBIL d.d., Slovenia

Now the quantity of networks of PRIVET partners in International roaming amounts to 66 in 44 countries and territories, where incoming and outgoing calls are available. Receiving of incoming calls and SMS messages for PRIVET subscribers is available in 389 networks of partners in 163 countries and territories. Velcom subscribers can make use of Internet roaming in 191 networks of partners in 78 countries and territories.
