A1 introduced an option to use electronic digital signature in 1C Cloud and 1C:Document Management 8

A1 Enterprise now offers its subscribers an option to use electronic digital signature in 1C:Accounting 8, 1C:Sales Management 8 and 1C:Enterprise 8 of their 1C Cloud service, as well as in 1C:Document Management 8 by MiSoft NVP company.

Signing of an electronic document is carried out using an A1 SIM card with SIMiD service support and is confirmed through special SMS that accompany transactions with a private key, instead of the conventional use of a designated USB-carrier. For security, each such operation is confirmed by entering a unique PIN-code known only to the signature holder.

An electronic digital signature has the same legal effect as paper documents that are signed manually. Therefore, the option to use it with the A1 SIM card makes working with documents much more convenient and reduces the cost of print-outs. Thanks to the SIMiD and Access to Mobile EDS Infrastructure Services, correspondence can be signed at any time wherever you are via the electronic document management programs.

Besides signing electronic documents via the SIMiD and Access to Mobile EDS Infrastructure Services in such programs as 1C:Accounting 8, 1C:Sales Management 8 and 1C:Enterprise 8 of the 1C Cloud service from A1, as well as 1C:Document Management 8, the service subscribers can also use this option in various other resources. For instance, using the MobileDoс electronic document delivery service, which allows user to interact with participants in the interdepartmental electronic document management system of government bodies (IDMS) and exchange correspondence within an established database of organizations.
