A1 starts selling TV-tuners and routers on a 36-month installment plan for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs
From 14 July 2023, A1 starts selling routers and TV-tuners on a 36-month installment plan for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Both current customers who use fixed-line communication services and new ones will be able to purchase equipment this way.
The new opportunity allows customers to independently choose the required amount of equipment and the most favourable and good conditions for its purchase – on an installment plan of up to 36 months. Routers and TV-tuners can be obtained on property with delivery directly to the installation site with a new connection.
To purchase routers and TV-tuners on an installment plan and to order fixed Internet connection, you should contact the A1 officer or leave a request on internet.a1.by.

Due to the provision of the possibility of purchasing routers and TV-tuners on an installment plan, the following documents will be modified on 14 July 2023:
- Procedure for the Provision of Nonterminal Equipment to Customers on an Installment Plan as Part of the Contract on the Provision of Fixed-line Telephony Services;
- Procedure for the provision of valid tariff plans to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, freelancers, craftsmen;
- Procedure for the provision of archived tariff plans to legal entities;
- Procedure for rendering services as per corporate offers;
- Procedure for the Provision of Services within the Framework of Archived Tariff Plans with Subscription Fees.
А1 also informs about the archivation of "Mobile account", "Broadcast TV business", "Broadcast TV business 2.0", "Broadcast TV business 3.0" tariff plans from 14 July 2023. The company will still retain the service for current subscribers.
