A1 expands the volume of services and changes the terms of service for some tariff plans

A1, a provider of telecom, ICT and content services, informs about the change in the terms of service for some mobile communication tariff plans for both individuals and legal entities, as well as announces a special New Year's offer for new subscribers.

From December 01, 2019, a service package included in the subscription fee will be expanded for most current tariff plans for individuals who appeared in the company's portfolio in 2019: the volume of Internet traffic and the number of SMS will be increased and/or options for unlimited use of additional services will be added.

So, the volume of the included Internet traffic for Comfort M, Comfort L and Comfort XL subscribers will increase and amount to 10, 25 and 40 GB, respectively, including the following: unlimited use of instant messengers for Comfort S, unlimited use of instant messengers and social networks for Comfort M, and unlimited use of YouTube for Comfort XL. The Comfort L tariff plan will have the option of unlimited calls outside the network as part of the special offer for all tariff plan subscribers.

The volume of Internet packages will increase by 2 to 2.5 times for youth tariff plans of the lemon line, with the possibility of their further accumulation: 8 GB will be available for lemon Y, and 20 GB for lemon X.

The package "Unlimited Internet up to 2 Mbps" will be available on the tariff plans lemon X, Comfort L, Comfort XL as well as the package "Night unlimited" on "Comfort S", "Comfort M" and "Comfort L".

The Internet traffic package for Privet. Calls and Privet. Calls+Internet tariff plans will be expanded up to 800 MB and the number of SMS will be doubled depending on the subscription.

Along with the expansion of the volume of services provided, the cost of subscription fees, minutes, SMS in excess of those included in the subscription fee, additional services of some tariff plans that started in 2019, the cost of the "Unlimited calls to all networks" option, as well as the cost of the "Unlimited Internet" option for the archival tariff plans of the Comfort and Comfort+ lines will be changed. As part of the New Year's offer from December 02 to December 31, 2019, all new subscribers who connect to the Comfort M, Comfort L and Comfort XL tariff plans will receive the "Unlimited Internet" package without charging payments for a year and a 50 % discount on the subscription fee for 6 months. When connecting to the lemon X and lemon Y tariff plans, the "Unlimited Internet" option will be provided at a speed of up to 4 Mbps without charging payments for a year.

Corporate customers will be also affected by changes in the terms of service. So, a new "Unlimited Internet at a speed of up to 2 Mbps" package will be added to the tariff plans of the Business Plan line for legal entities from December 01, 2019. The cost of excess Internet traffic included in the subscription fee and voice calls outside the network, as well as the cost of the "Unlimited minutes to all networks" service will change simultaneously with the advent of an additional option.
