A1 subscribers will be able to call the hot lines of the Belarusian diplomatic missions for free while in roaming

During the period of restrictive measures taken by various countries in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, A1 makes it possible to call the hot lines of the Belarusian diplomatic missions for subscribers who are currently in roaming in 56 countries of the world.

The corresponding decision was made by the A1 management in cooperation with the Belarusian Foreign Ministry and is intended to ensure the necessary advisory assistance to those Belarusian citizens who are outside the country and have difficulties in returning home due to the restrictions to cross the borders imposed by various countries in connection with the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.

When calling the hot lines of the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Belarus in countries such as Russia, the Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Israel, the United States, Great Britain, France, Germany, etc., no billing of outgoing calls will be carried out for A1 subscribers (including those in roaming) starting from March 19. A1 subscribers who are currently outside the country will be informed about this possibility provided by the company.
