Subscribers of all Belarusian mobile operators can now transfer their numbers remotely to the A1 network using the My A1 app

A1 Enterprise is offering the subscribers of other mobile operators an option to transfer their number into the company network in the My A1 application using a regular SIM card or an eSIM for devices supporting the technology.

 

To transfer a number to the A1 network you no longer have to visit company stores or sign into a personal account: simply open the My A1 mobile app, which can be downloaded for free from App Store or Play Market, and select the required service from the menu.

 

The option to transfer the number to the A1 network remotely via My A1 will come in handy to subscribers using smartphones with eSIM support. All they have to do is download and install the application. And if the device does not support this technology, the client can purchase a SIM-to-go kit with A1 SIM card and a start-up balance of 5 rubles in one of the affiliated retail stores and activate it online themselves. While transferring the number in the My A1 application, the client will have to choose one of the available tariff plans, such as No Limits, Comfort S / M / L, Start, lemon Z / Y / X, Unlim XS, Share the Wi-Fi 30 / 75 / Pro.

 

Unaided number transfer using the SIM-to-go kit includes just a few steps meant to be taken sequentially in the My A1 application:

  • select the "Transfer number to A1" option on the app login page or in the Profile tab
  • select SIM-to-go
  • scan the barcode printed on the SIM card
  • choose a tariff plan from the list of available subscription options
  • scan your passport, following the suggested steps sequentially
  • pass face recognition authentication
  • put your digital signature on the registration form
  • wait for a push notification informing you of the activation success

And to transfer the number using eSIM , follow the instructions below:

  • select the "Transfer number to A1" option on the app login page or in the Profile tab
  • select eSIM
  • choose a tariff plan from the list of available subscription options
  • scan your passport, following the suggested steps sequentially
  • pass face recognition authentication
  • put your digital signature on the registration form
  • once the procedure performance is deemed feasible, pay the minimum downpayment using a bank card
  • confirm the eSIM installation

 

All data is transmitted in encrypted form, and filling out the application takes no more than 7 minutes. The entire number transfer procedure is completed in 24 hours.

 

You can change the selected tariff plan, subscribe to various additional services, monitor the balance of your personal account and subscribe extra numbers to A1 using eSIM without visiting the A1 office: you can find all the options required to manage your numbers and features of the tariff plan of choice in the My A1 application.

 

The service of remote number transfer to the A1 network is provided only to adult citizens of the Republic of Belarus who do not have any obligations on the side of their current mobile network operator. Furthermore, at least 90 days should have passed since the previous number transfer procedure.
