BATE players supported charitable initiative 100 Hours with A1

On 11 July a club meet between BATE (Borisov) and Slavia (Mozyr) was organized at Borisov Arena within Belarusian Football Championship. Through this game BATE footballers supported a charitable activity 100 Hours with A1: Support TEAM BY! for the favor of the Republican Palliative Care Centre for Children. Personal playing time of every BATE footballer during the match and training on the eve was added to the total activity record. At that, the section Running collected another 28 hours and 45 minutes.

BATE players manifested their support of 100 Hours with A1: Support TEAM BY! through T-shirts branded with the symbols of the activity that the team has been wearing for the pre-game line-up. This is the way they reminded all their Belarusian football fans of everyone’s opportunity to join the initiative. It just requires registration on 100.A1.by and reports of individual sports results in running, swimming, walking or cycling in order to achieve a personal goal of 100 hours and help the Republican Palliative Care Centre for Children to get BYN 50 thousand from A1.

 

100 Hours with A1: Support TEAM BY! activity organized by A1 together with the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus started on Olympic Day, i.e. 23 June. Over this time 940 people joined the initiative and managed to collect 9 949 hours. The leaders in the personal standing are Vladimir Gubich, Ekaterina Strakovich and Sergei Svodnikailo.

 

The activity will summarize it's results as total activity record and separately in every sports discipline. All participants who have had the highest number of hours of trainings in every out of four disciplines, will be awarded with medals while the absolute winner – with a cup.
