Combi: A1 combines features of the home Internet, VOKA video service and the No Limits service plan in a single package

A1 introduced a new Combi service plan line. Now, within the framework of one universal offer, you can subscribe to home Internet, television and mobile communications with an unlimited traffic package for a monthly fee starting from 10.90 rubles.

 

Four service plans of the new line - Combi Solo, Combi Start, Combi Standard and Combi Super - vary in home Internet speed, VOKA TV package, as well as special conditions for the No Limit service plan for three subscriber numbers.

 

Combi Solo, the junior service plan of the line features home Internet at a speed of up to 10 Mbps with a monthly fee of 10.90 rubles, as well as an option to subscribe to up to three subscriber numbers on the No Limits service plan with a discounted fee of 19.90 rubles per month for each number.

 

The Combi Start service plan, along with home Internet at a speed of up to 50 Mbps for 17.90 rubles for a year, features a Wi-Fi router and TV-tuner, as well as an option to subscribe to a television channel package of your choice. Combi Start service plan users are able to subscribe to up to three subscriber numbers on the No Limits service plan, one of which will have a monthly fee of only 9.90 rubles, with the other two having discounted monthly fees of 19.9 rubles for each SIM card.

 

Subscribers of the Combi Standard service plan are provided with home Internet at a speed of up to 70 Mbps, a package of over 90 TV channels, a Wi-Fi router and two TV-tuners. The subscription fee with the Combi Standard service plan will amount to 19.90 rubles per month for 12 months. Subscribers of the No Limits service plan can get up to three subscriber numbers: the subscription fee for the first SIM card will amount to just 9.90 rubles per month, with a fee of 14.90 rubles per month for the second, and 19.9 rubles a month - for the third card.

 

And finally, the flagship Combi Super service plan will satisfy all the needs of our subscribers in a single package: home Internet at a speed of up to 100 Mbps, a dual-band Wi-Fi router for amplifying the transmitting signal in remote corners of the premises, an expanded package of 140 TV channels and two TV-tuners. The Combi Super service plan is provided for 12 months at an exceptionally favorable price of 29.90 rubles per month. Furthermore, the No Limits service plan provides subscribers with one subscriber number without a subscription fee and, if necessary, with two more subscriber numbers with subscription fees of 9.90 rubles and 14.90 rubles per month.

 

The No Limits service plan provides smartphone and tablet users with mobile Internet of unlimited speed and traffic usage using the 3G/4G technology (A1's 4G coverage map is available here), as well as 500 minutes of calls to all networks.

 

The new Combi offer from A1 will become a gainful alternative to the Internet 70 service plan, as well as lines of such service plans as Home and Hit (for Vitebsk), which will be archived on May 5, 2020. Moreover, the Home. Start service plan will change its name to Combi Solo.

 

Both new and current subscribers can subscribe to one of the service plans of the Combi line. New clients wishing to subscribe to it must leave a request on internet.A1.by, by dialing 150 (once the call starts, select "1" and then press "2") or in A1 stores. Current fixed-line subscribers have an opportunity to switch to a new service plan in their Personal account or in one of the A1 stores.

 

Furthermore, current mobile telecommunication subscribers will be able to activate a special subscription fee for three subscriber numbers on the No Limits service plan after subscribing to one of the service plans of the Combi line. To do this, they must:

  • Switch from your old service plan to No Limits in My A1 application, in your Personal account of the mobile telecommunication user, through a chat bot on social media (Facebook, Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki) and Viber, or via the *141*3*4# USSD request
  • Use your Personal account of a home Internet user
  • Open the "Special Conditions for "No Limits" section
  • Enter the phone numbers in the designated fields and click "Send" (SMS will be sent to the specified numbers)

Home Internet and mobile communication services can be managed in user’s Personal Accounts.
