On modification of services on the archived Comfort+ line and changes in the provision of some Internet bundles

A1, telecom, ICT and content service provider informs about the modification of archived tariff plans included in the Comfort+ line that is coming into effect on March 1, 2021, without any changes made in the subscription fee. Thus, taking into account the trend towards an increased consumption of Internet traffic and a decrease in the number of voice calls, the Internet traffic included in the subscription fee on Comfort+, Comfort 2+, Comfort 4+ tariffs will be doubled, unlimited minutes for calls within the A1 network will remain unchanged and the amount of minutes for calls to other networks will be allocated separately.

Subscribers of the Comfort+ tariff plan currently covered by the special offer who subscribed as part of a special deal in Vitebsk and Gomel regions in 2018 will be provided with unlimited calls to all networks until the end of 2021, as well as a permanent 20% discount on the subscription fee on the Comfort+ tariff plan, in addition to the increased volume of Internet traffic.

Furthermore, procedures for the provision of several unlimited Internet bundles will also be modified. Thus, from February 28, 2021 the "Unlimited Internet at a speed of up to 512 Kbps" service will be unavailable for subscription and use for subscribers of the Comfort M, Comfort L and Comfort XL tariff plans. Current subscribers of the "Unlimited Internet at a speed of up to 512 Kbps" service on Comfort M, Comfort L and Comfort XL tariffs from among private entities will be offered to subscribe to the "Unlimited Internet at a speed of up to 1 Mbps" service free of charge until March 31, 2021. The current users of this service from among legal entities will be offered to subscribe to the "Unlimited Internet up to 1 Mbps" service with a 50% discount for three months instead.

Furthermore, from March 1, 2021, the provider will change the conditions in the provision of "Unlimited Internet at a speed of up to 1 Mbps" and "Unlimited Internet at a speed of up to 2 Mbps" services provided for subscribers which use the Comfort, Comfort 2, Comfort 4, Comfort 8, Comfort 16, Comfort +, Comfort 2+, Comfort 4+, and Comfort 8+ tariff plans. At the same time, subscribers who have subscribed to these services before February 28, 2021, will be able to continue using them on the same terms.
