On Termination of Legal Arrangement Regarding the Free Use of Equipment

A1, a provider of telecommunications, ICT, and content services, would like to inform its subscribers that, due to the provision of a new option to purchase Wi-Fi routers and TV-tuners from July 14, 2023 on an installment plan of 36 months in addition to the contract for the provision of fixed-line services, the company is terminating its legal obligation to provide the aforementioned equipment on terms of free use to clients from among legal entities, private entrepreneurs, private entities engaged in craft activities, and the self-employed starting from May 2, 2024.

Furthermore, starting from May 2, 2024, customers who have not yet returned the equipment previously issued on terms of free use will have access to the following services: "Wi-Fi Device Connection Point Establishment (for business operations)" with a subscription fee of 0.90 rubles/30 days, and "STB Device Connection Point Establishment" with a subscription fee of 2.50 rubles/30 days. At the same time, the client still has an option to return previously issued equipment and purchase current models on an installment plan.
