On the operations of 3G mobile internet in Minsk on August 23

With regret we have to report that at the request of state bodies in connection with ensuring national security, A1’s capacity of 3G mobile network on the territory of certain districts of Minsk has to be reduced, materially. Execution of this order will lead to degradation of quality of data services.

The restoration of correct access to the service will be announced as soon as possible to do so.
