On amending the procedure for the provision of telephony services

In order to enhance the level of corporate office telephony security, А1 is technically upgrading its current systems and introduces changes into the procedure of telephony service provision in terms of organization of connection of municipal numbers.

So, starting from August 26, 2022, the service will be automatically connected to corporate clients, who, according to the service provision procedure, will use a static IP-address. During the first three months of using this service, a 100% discount on the subscription fee will be provided, afterwards the billing will be done according to the current price list.

In order to organize calls in the "Calls within the Republic of Belarus (Local and Mobile)" group, the possibility to make calls to municipal, local, mobile and long-distance numbers will be united with the expansion of the possibility to make calls within the whole territory of the country without changing the subscription fee. The international calls access group will be renamed to "Calls within the Republic of Belarus and International Calls".

At the same time, as part of the technical migration, services under the "Phone Trunk" tariff plan will be discontinued without transferring its cost to other services. At the same time, all the functionality previously available to customers will remain unchanged.
