On introduction of amendments into the Telephony service provision procedure

A1, a provider of telecommunications, ICT and content services, would like to inform its clients about the introduction of amendments to the Telephony services beginning from 01.03.2024. The changes apply to IP telephony customers with landline numbers: from the said date on, call billing will be carried out by A1, and all the current customers will join the terms and conditions of the Public Agreement on Fixed-Line Communication Services. At the same time, the amount of the subscription fee on the tariff plan and additional services will remain unchanged.

The Agreement number (Client Number) and the payment details of the Unitary Enterprise A1 will remain unchanged. Click the link to find out more.
