About the end of the MobileDoc service support and amendments in a number of public documents

The telecom, ICT and content service provider A1 informs about the end of support of the MobileDoc electronic documents delivery service on the basis of the electronic document management system of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Center of Electronic Services" from 01.03.2023. Support was terminated due to the decision of the service provider.
«MobileDoc» is an additional service for legal entity customers who use the "Access to Mobile EDS Infrastructure Services" and SIMiD from А1.

In addition, from 20.03.2023, amendments were made to the Procedure for providing goods in installments to individual customers.

A1 also informs about amendments to the following public documents from 30.03.2023:

• Contract for the provision of fixed telecommunications network services;
• Contract for the provision of telecommunications services;
• Rules of service provision on prepaid tariffs;
• Procedure for providing the SIMiD service and the "Access to Mobile EDS Infrastructure Services" service.
