On amendments to the service terms and conditions for some A1 fixed communication tariff plans

A1 informs about amendments to the service terms and conditions for some fixed communication tariff plans for both individuals and corporate clients, as well as cable TV and VOKA services.

Starting from June 1, 2020, the service of some archival tariff plans for individuals ("Hit", "Prestige", "Vmeste", "Wi-Fi", etc.) will be discontinued. Users will be transferred to a new line "Combi", as well as VOKA TV tariff plans depending on the relevant service package of the archival offer. Herewith, the home Internet bandwidth, as well as the package of additional services and equipment will be significantly increased (five times or more). The new tariff line "Combi", which users of archival home Internet and TV tariff plans will be transferred to, includes the possibility to connect up to three any subscriber numbers to the most popular A1 mobile tariff plan, "No Limit", at a special price or free of charge depending on the tariff option "Combi".

The users of archival complex tariffs with activated VOKA TV channels will continue to watch the relevant channels as part of the new tariff offers. At the same time, cable TV will be provided as a bonus, without charging any additional fee.

The service of the archival tariff plans of the "Domashniy" line, "Internet 70", as well as current VOKA TV tariffs will be continued, with an average increase in the monthly fee of 3.5 %. Clients will be able to optionally switch to any tariff plan of the new line "Combi".

The amendments to the service terms and conditions for some fixed communication tariff plans will be also made for corporate clients. The Internet bandwidth will be increased from 30 to 50 Mbps for the tariff plan "Udalyonniy Kabinet 30", which itself will be renamed into "Udalyonniy Kabinet 50". The cost of fixed communication services for corporate clients will be increased by an average of 3 %.

In addition, except for VOKA TV+, the cost of all VOKA subscriptions will be increased by an average of 5 %. Herewith, starting from June 1, 2020, users of the subscriptions "Films and Movies" and "All Inclusive" will be provided with access to the new premium video content. Besides, as part of the #stayonline initiative, A1 subscribers will still have the possibility to watch the content from the subscription "Films and Movies", as well as 30 most popular TV channels free of charge until the end of the summer.
