On amendments to the service terms and conditions for certain A1 fixed-line telephony and TV tariff plans
A1 informs about amendments to the service terms and conditions for certain fixed-line telephony tariff plans for private and legal entities, as well as cable TV and VOKA video service provision prices.
From August 10, 2021, a number of archived tariff plans (Domashniy line, Vmeste, Hit, Internet 70 tariff, etc.) are going out of service. Archived tariffs subscribers from among private entities will be transferred to the integrated tariff plans of the currently active Combi line, offering its subscribers a more modern bundle of Home Internet services, TV and equipment, as well as an option to use their mobile numbers within the in-house network without a subscription fee. With that, the speed of Home Internet will increase significantly for the majority of subscribers.
Subscribers of archived tariff plans from among legal entities will be transferred to the tariffs of the Internet for Office line, with an option to use the Complex for Business, which includes subscriber numbers, as well as Conference Call for Business and Business Post services, on special terms. The transfer of subscribers, from among both individuals and legal entities, to the current lines will be carried out based on the corresponding bundle of services for each subscriber of the currently archived offer.
From August 10, 2021, the subscription fee for the Combi line of integrated tariff plans will increase by 1.9 to 2.9 rubles, depending on the tariff option. Upon that, the conditions for granting discounts on the subscription fee for mobile numbers of subscribers on the Combi contract remain unchanged. The conditions will not change for clients using promotional offers: the subscription fee will remain unchanged for the entire period of the promotional offer validity.

From August 10, 2021, the price of cable television services and some VOKA subscriptions will increase from 0.2 to 0.5 rubles and from 0.37 to 3.4 rubles, respectively. At the same time, the video and TV content library will be expanded for subscribers of the Films and Movies, TV Extended and All Inclusive (archived) subscriptions. Furthermore, the main VOKA catalog will be substantially supplemented with popular international entertainment content in September.
