On changes in the terms and conditions of some A1 communication services
A1, telecom, ICT and content services provider, informs of changes in the cost of some fixed line, mobile and television services for individuals and legal entities, as well as termination of service on some archive tariff offers of the company.
From July 1, 2022 there will be an increase of fees for some tariff plans of fixed-line telephony for individuals and legal entities, the cost of some VOKA subscriptions, cable and digital television in the Gomel and Vitebsk regions, the cost of roaming services, international calls, as well as the amount of one-time fee and tariffs for some special and additional services.
All users who are served on tariff plans for individuals on the packages "Unlimited Internet up to 512 kbit/s", "Unlimited Internet up to 1 Mbit/s", "Unlimited Internet up to 2 Mbit/s", as well as on other additional services with advance type of charging a subscriber fee, will be charged from June 30, 2022.
There will be no changes in the amount of subscription fees for all mobile tariff plans for individuals and legal entities, as well as most of the existing tariff plans of fixed-line telephony for individuals, the cost of the Internet beyond the volume included in the subscription fee, the cost of on-net minutes, minutes to other networks, as well as the cost of SMS and MMS. Amounts of monthly installment payments for equipment under the previously signed contracts also remain unchanged.
In addition, from July 1, 2022, within the framework of updating the portfolio of tariff offers, A1 company stops serving the following archived tariff plans of mobile communication: "Dlya Obscheniya M", "Dlya Obscheniya L", "Dlya Obscheniya S", "Doma Luchshe", "Polugodovoy Abonement", "Slovo za slovo", "Srazu obo vsem", "Smart Premiere", "Smart 1", "Smart 2", "Smart 3", "Light", "Light+", "Unlim L", "V tvoem ritme", "Vse govoryat", "Business+", "BUSINESS. PRO", "BUSINESS.PRO.WEB", "Comfort 2+", "Comfort 4+", "Comfort 8+", "Comfort 8", "Comfort 16", "WEB 250", "WEB 500", "WEB 900", "WEB 1800", "WEB 3600", "Web 4", "Web 8", "Web 16", "WEB Start", "WEB 2.5", "WEB 4. 5", "WEB Tanks", "Web10 + voka", "Non stop", "Non stop 2.0", "Non stop 7.5", "Super WEB 5", "Super WEB 10", "Super WEB 30", "Corporate-400", "Corporate Special 400", "Beauty Consultant", "Universal".
Till July 1, 2022 subscribers-individuals can independently replace their tariff plan to any of the current line of tariffs of the company in My A1 app, personal cabinet, via USSD-request *141*3*4# in accordance with the order of tariff plan changing or by application in the company's stores. Until the same period legal entities subscribers may do this procedure in the Persona Account with Administrator or Supervisor access level, by submitting a standard application, which can be sent to legal@a1.by.
Beginning July 1, 2022, subscribers who have not changed their rate plan independently will be automatically switched to the rate plans according to the transfer scheme (see below).
Also, starting July 1, 2022, for users of archived tariff offers of fixed-line telephony for legal entities, the company terminates service on the following archived tariff plans: "Small Office Ethernet Plan", "Small Office + Ethernet Plan", "Small Office Admin Ethernet Plan", "Office 40 Ethernet Plan", "Office 40 Admin Ethernet Plan", "Office 40 Admin + Ethernet Plan", "Office 20 Plan", "Business Online Plan 6", "Business Online Plan 20", "Business Online Plan 40". The subscribers of the above tariff plans, who do not change the tariff plan independently before the date of termination, will be transferred to the current tariff plans based on the corresponding set of services for each user on the current archival offer. At the same time, for some subscribers the Internet speed will increase.
In order to improve the customer service procedures of Unitary enterprise A1 the Agreement on rendering telecommunication services and the Agreement on rendering fixed telecommunication network services will be modified and will come into force on July 5, 2022.
