#stayonline: A1 provides free unlimited Internet traffic and access to VOKA for its subscribers

Closely monitoring the situation with the spread of the coronavirus in Belarus, A1 decided to support its subscribers in the current circumstances.

In his video message, which is available here, Helmut Duhs, A1 General Director, told about the measures taken by the company so that subscribers keep in touch with their close people and stay up to date with the latest news without any additional costs.

 

For instance, from March 26 to August 31, 2020, A1 is launching the #stayonline promotion, which will provide its subscribers with free unlimited basic Internet traffic, as well as access to popular films and movies in VOKA.

This promotion will be available to subscribers of popular tariff plans, including the archive line of the Comfort tariff plans, the Comfort S, Comfort M, Comfort L and Comfort XL current tariff plans, as well as the Start tariff plan. As part of the #stayonline initiative, new and current subscribers of the above tariff plans will be able to use the basic package "Unlimited Internet traffic at speeds of up to 512 Kbps" for free until December 31, 2020 in addition to their main Internet traffic. To activate this free package, subscribers need to enter a USSD request *135*7*1*2*1*1#call ( *135*7*4*1# for the Start tariff plan and *135*7# for the archive line of the Comfort, Comfort+ tariff plans) or activate the service via the My A1 application.

In addition, the #stayonline initiative provides all subscribers of the above tariff plans (besides the Start tariff plan), as well as the No Limit tariff plan with free access to the full library of films and movies in VOKA. In addition, all VOKA users will get free access to the 30 most popular TV channels of various genres, including TNT International, Kinohit, Kinosemya, Nickelodeon, Discovery, Eurosport 1, Viasat History and others. For viewing, you just need to install the VOKA application, sign in and activate the Films and Movies subscription.

Subscribers of other archive tariff plans (the Comfort tariff plans, Leto Zovyot, Udobny, Light, etc.) will receive free unlimited basic Internet traffic from the date of connection until December 31, 2020 when switching to any of the above tariff plans (USSD request *141*3*4#).

As part of the #stayonline promotion, subscribers of the Privet.Calls and Privet.Calls+Internet tariff plans will receive additional 200 MB of mobile Internet traffic until August 31, 2020, inclusive, in addition to the activated 7 day subscription. 800 MB will be available when choosing the 30 day subscription. Traffic will be provided automatically upon connection, subscription activation or renewal for the next period.

The same opportunity, though coupled with the free use of Internet traffic until December 31, 2020, will be given to subscribers of the archive tariff plans of the Privet line (Nash Gorodok; Privet, Gorodok; Privetik; Vam Dengi; etc.) when switching to the Privet.Calls (USSD request *126*8*1*2#) or Privet. Calls+Internet (USSD request *126*8*1*3#) tariff plans.

A1 also informs that veterans and equated persons will use the package of services included in the Pobeda tariff plan with a zero subscription fee starting from March 26 and thereafter.
