Users of SIMiD from А1 got access to the mDoc service

A1 Enterprise is expanding the opportunities for customers using electronic digital signatures. Now SIMiD users can manage electronic documents from their mobile device with the mDoc service.

mDoc is an electronic document delivery service based on the electronic document management system of the National Center for Electronic Services RUE. With its help, customers already using SIMiD or Access to Mobile EDS Infrastructure Services will be able to exchange correspondence with an existing base of organizations within the framework of an interdepartmental document management system at any place and at any time.

The service is based on a universal solution for interacting with subscribers of the interdepartmental electronic document management system of state agencies (IEDMS). It allows you to sign necessary documents remotely with the help of a conventional mobile phone. This is especially convenient for enterprises that, in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, prefer to switch to a remote mode of operation, as well as organizations, whose signatory employees spend a lot of time outside the office.

Moreover, the service will be particularly interesting to private legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have not been previously registered as IEDMS subscribers, since it opens a plethora of opportunities for electronic document exchange within the database of the system, even when working from home.

The tariffing of one specialized SMS for each signed document within the mDoc service amounts to 0.6 rubles without VAT.
