VOKA League announces start of the fourth season
VOKA video service under support of Belarusian Computer Sport Association opened registration for participation in a new season of cybersport tournaments with the overall prize fund of BYN 17 000. This time virtual battles will be held in already extremely popular disciplines (Dota 2 and CS: GO) and a trending novelty 2020 Valorant shooter.
The first to start are Dota 2 fans: registration is already available under this link and will stay active up to the start of qualification.
Six qualification games will be held between 24 May and 3 June, starting from 7 June and till 17 June group stage matches will be organized in two subgroups. Play-off and grand final game for the first time since 2019 will be organized not online but in LAN-format while the winners will be identified on 26 and 27 June.
Another distinctive feature of the current VOKA League season is it’s concept: all broadcastings will be organized in a comic style.
All gamers above 16 are invited for participation in the tournament. Out of five registered team members minimum four must hold Belarusian citizenship.
Dota 2 prize fund amounts BYN 7 000. Eight winners will share it in the following setup: 1st place team will be awarded with BYN 2 500, 2nd place team – with BYN 1 500, 3rd place team – with BYN 1 000 and 4th place team – with BYN 800. Besides, all winners will be welcome to partake in the fifth season games of VOKA League Dota 2. 5th and 6th place winners will be awarded with BYN 400, 7th and 8th place teams – with BYN 200.
Fourth season of VOKA League will be broadcasted in cybersport section on VOKA platform. Starting from the group phase the video service will offer full-fledged streams of all matches including multi camera broadcasting of the grand final.
