‘Green’ energy for kids and personalized trees for participants: there starts a new season of a charitable activity 100 Hours with A1
Starting from 1 June A1 launches a new season of a charitable activity 100 Hours with A1. You can register on 100.A1.by, select one of four activities, i.e. running, hiking, swimming or cycling, and track your online trainings. This initiative will run for 50 days, i.e. till 20 July inclusive. Over this period every participant shall dedicate maximum number of hours to sports exercises. As soon as total project meter reaches 50 000 hours, A1 will grant BYN 50 000 to it’s activity partner, i.e. International public organization SOS Children’s village.
This season 100 Hours with A1 is directly linked to ecology. For the allocated funds SOS Children’s village Mogilev is planning to install solar panels and water air heat pump to provide it’s residents with eco electric energy. Besides, there will be a personalized tree planted on the territory of SOS Children’s village Borovlyani for the most active participants as a symbolic prize for 100+ hours of trainings.

Tree planting is planned for autumn 2021 at SOS Children’s village Borovlyani within the land improvement project. By the start of the next heating season it is planned to commission solar panels system and water air heat pump. Heat generating system that uses water air heat pump will be for the first time ever in Belarus utilized within such a large scale project. The same system will be used for cooling indoor premises in summer.

100 Hours with A1 traditionally is organized in online format and is focused on individual trainings of every participant. To join and contribute you need to register on 100.А1.by and track every hour in motion. Upon the end of the initiative all the results will be summarized as a grand total and separately in every discipline. All participants who reach the biggest number of training hours in every of four disciplines will be awarded with medals and an absolute winner with the Cup.
