International GPRS roamingservice does not require activation; it is rendered to subscribers automatically providedInternational roamingorSMS roamingservices are activated, as well as Mobile Internet and / or MMS. If International roaming or SMS roaming services are activated, as well as MMS sending and receiving of MMS messages are available to subscribers only.

At the moment the quantity of networks of velcom partners in roaming amounts to 387 in 163 countries and territories. The quantity of networks of partners in GPRS roaming makes 183 in 72 countries and territories.
