For this purpose it is necessary to pay an advance payment which makes 40 % of all the cost of the chosen goods. The advance payment covers the initial payment and the difference between 40 % of the cost of the goods and the initial payment is entered on the account of the subscriber and it can be used for payment of mobile services such as voice telecommunication, sending of SMS, MMS messages and others.
We remind you that thanks to installments velcom subscribers can become an owner of a stylish mobile phone or a 3G modem "here and now". Moreover, you will not have to search for guarantors and submit additional documents because your passport is enough. When the initial payment is paid, the remained amount is paid by equal parts within 12 months.
