You can install the app to your phone if:

  • your phone supports JAVA-apps;
  • you have Internet Access and your phone settings are adjusted.

 

Android and Iphones do not support the service.

The service is provided to all velcom cutomers.

You can get acces to Mobile Assistant:

  • download the app from helper.velcom.by or use the link on m.velcom.by. Please note: that the app will be installed directly to your phone;
  • get a link to Mobile Assistant by sending a text with any word to 4110.
Addtional features: you can update with a single click or send a link to a friend via SMS without leaving Mobile Assistant.

 

SMS to 4110 are not charged.
All services ordered via the catalogue are charged according to the current rates.

Prices for goods and services are indicated in Belarusian rubles including VAT.
