To send a USSD request dial a combination of symbols, as if making a call. The information will be immediately displayed on the screen.

USSD requests are available in roaming (in case USSD is supported by a roaming partner) to all subscribers of the company.

In the Republic of Belarus USSD is available to users of mobile devices where it is not technically possible to use the My A1 application. Technical requirements for mobile devices to work with the application are at the link

  • The messages are not stored in the phone.
  • USSD requests are available in roaming in case USSD is supported by a roaming partner.
  • Different phones show USSD menu and reply in different ways.
  • A reply to a pop-up box should be a digit.
  • USSD of large size (more than 70 characters) can be shown in Latin characters.

*100# - check your balance (available for Sotsialniy, Pensionniy, Pobeda, Start, Udobniy, Leto Zovyet tariff plans. Subscribers of other tariff plans can get information in the My A1 application or Personal Account);
