Changes to Public Documents

A1, a telecom, ICT, and content services provider, informs its customers of changes to some of the public documents and promotion rules.

Starting from January 3, 2025, changes will be made to promotion rules for the archived lineup of landline Internet plans Kombi and #VsyovDom Unlim plan. The changes will regard special terms of providing mobile services. Subscription prices for the above-mentioned plans (without applying a discount) will remain unchanged.

On top of that, starting from January 9, 2025, changes will be made to the "Provision of Additional Services" document, as a result of launching a new service called "Paid On-Site Visit by Specialist".
