Voice mail is available for all new A1 clients, it is connected automatically or after changing the SIM card.
To get access to your voice box, you can use one of the following ways:
- call from your number – 441, 443, (375) 29 6000200
- call from any number – (375)296000201
- call in roaming – (375) 29 6000441, (375) 29 6000443, (375) 29 6000200 or (375) 29 6000201.
You can define a convenient language yourself, assign a password and record a voice message. The password must contain different numbers.
To manage your password, you can choose one of the options:
- call 150
- write an application in A1 branded sales. You must have an identity document with you, as well as:
- for a head: a document confirming the powers of the head;
- for a proxy: a power of attorney for representing the interests of a legal entity.
The service works in the following way: if your phone number is busy or disconnected, the caller will hear an answering machine. He/she will be prompted to record a message for you or send a fax after the tone. You will receive an SMS notification.
Example:
You have 1 new message from +375291112233,17:35-18/01.
When using roaming, call forwarding is automatically disabled. You can restore this function or disable it again using USSD *117# (in Belarus).
Conditional call forwarding is charged according to roaming tariffs, while unconditional call forwarding is not charged.
Also, according to roaming tariffs, access to the voice mail menu is paid.
Be sure to remember your password before going abroad.
Messages left are stored for 168 hours.
When changing the parameters of the service, your settings are saved.
You can change the language sending the appropriate code by SMS to 441:
21 - Belarusian
22 - Russian
23 - English
24 - Russian (translit)
Voice mail and “Plus” package are provided to all A1 corporate clients
The service is included in the list of basic services of the subscriber’s tariff plan. Provided to both new and existing A1 subscribers. It is automatically set by the number +375 29 6000210, if you do not answer within 30 seconds or are unavailable. You can change all conditions yourself.
You can connect or disable the service in the following ways:
- in the telephone menu
- USSD *441*1# call
- Personal account
Other ways to disable the service:
- by calling to the company’s information service 150;
- on the basis of a standard application sent through the А1 Belarus community in Viber or to the e-mail address legal@A1.by;
- on the basis of a standard application in A1 branded sales and service centers upon presentation of an identity document, as well as:
- when the head applies: a document confirming the powers of the head;
- when a proxy applies: a power of attorney for representing the interests of a legal entity.
The “Plus” package is Voice mail with additional features.
Among them:
- duplication of messages and faxes to e-mail
- transmission of messages by fax (the maximum number of pages is 40).
- storing messages for 240 and 168 hours.
You can manage the service:
- using USSD *441*2#;
- in the personal account;
- by calling 150 and giving the Access Code;
- in A1 branded centers, in the office of official agents. You need to have an identity document with you, as well as:
- for a head: a document confirming their powers;
- for a proxy: a power of attorney for representing the interests of a legal entity.
To receive copies of messages from voice mail to your e-mail, you need to provide us with your address:
- in the Personal Account;
