Mobile Internet is a service of high-speed transmission and reception of data using a mobile device: phone, tablet, or modem. Service operation in the company’s network is based on GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+ technologies.
To use the service in the company’s network, it is enough to:
- Have a mobile phone or modem that supports GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+ technology. Our online store has a huge selection of phones, tablets, and modems;
- Connect the Mobile Internet service;
- Set up your phone/modem to work with the service.
- The “Mobile Internet” service is included in the set of services of the subscriber's tariff plan, available to new subscribers upon concluding a contract, as well as to existing subscribers (if the service is disabled) when connecting the package, changing the tariff plan.
- Changes to the “Mobile Internet” service package are made automatically within 24 hours, provided the subscriber has a positive balance and active status. Until the actual change of the service package, the subscription fee and traffic payment are charged in accordance with the original package.
- When disabling/changing the “Mobile Internet” service package, the unused balance of prepaid traffic is reset to zero.
- The “Internet traffic doubling” is a package of additional Internet traffic with a subscription fee. The subscription fee for the package is debited daily in equal shares in proportion to the number of days in a month.
- Internet packages 250, 350, 750, 1000, 1500, 3000, 3000 + VOKA ТВ, 5000 + VOKA ТV are additional packages with the included traffic volume in megabytes corresponding to its name (hereinafter referred to as Internet packages). The period for providing Internet packages is 30 days. If the Internet package is not disabled or changed, it will automatically be activated for the next period. The cost of the Internet package is debited at one time in full from the balance of the client’s personal account when connecting, renewing or changing the Internet package. Traffic is provided within 24 hours from the moment of connecting, renewing or changing the Internet package.
The service for connecting mobile data packages is provided to all legal entities - corporate clients of the company, except for the subscribers using the tariff plans from «Telemetry» and «Comfort + for Business» lines.
Packages are delivered in accordance with the Procedure for providing mobile data packages.
